Hammers in for Lee Bowyer?!
Is Pardew REALLY going to sign this idiot? I see on WHO that a lot of fans reckon he'll be a good signing.
Oh yes, this "gen-yoo-wine" Hammer who single handedly did absolutely bugger-all in our relegation season, and then couldn't get the hell out of the club fast enough. Oh, and in his spare time he's some kind of a nut case.
Pardew's gone this far getting the team spirit up. Signing Bowyer is going to undo all of that. I don't want to venture into libel this early into our blog, but some say there are indications that Bowyer might be racist. I wouldn't know anything about that. I'm sure Anton, Bobby, Chris, Marlon, and Shaun would get along with him just jim dandy.
Even if he just acts like your average prick, as I'm sure we've all seen, then he won't exactly be a welcome sight in the same dressing rooms as our young players. (On the upside, I'd like to see him with a Repka's-head-sized dent in his face.)

To be fair to Bowyer, at the very beginning he asked for (and the club agreed to) a clause that he could leave in the event of relegation.
He didn't hide his intentions...
