Appiah on Strike
This is what we want to see! Ghanian international midfielder Stephen Appiah has told his club Fenerbache that he will go on strike if he is not allowed to discuss a possible move with West Ham.
He said he was loyal when he could have left previously and now its time for the club to replay that loyalty after all he has done for them.
He may even refuse to go on the pre season tour to Austria.
Get stuck in Stevie!

France coach Raymond Domenech says Julian Faubert is "unspeakably stupid" for joining West Ham.
The winger, capped once by France, joined the Hammers from Bordeaux for £6 million earlier this month.
But in doing so, the 23-year-old looks to have put a serious stumbling block in the way of his international career.
"I can't understand Faubert's decision to join West Ham," said the France manager.
"I struggle to understand why he has done it. It is a great pity when you are on the brink of the French national team."
Faubert originally wanted to move to Rangers, and had refused to train at Bordeaux when he was denied a move to the Glasgow side.
"They were no longer interested in talking with Rangers and after everything that went on with Julien last week there really wasn't a way back for him at Bordeaux," Faubert's agent said at the time of his move to Upton Park.
"He was given an ultimatum by Bordeaux: West Ham or nowhere,"
It seems that has not been enough to convince Domenech, who believes the move was made purely for financial reasons.
"It is OK if they are joining one of the top four in England, Germany, Italy or Spain," he said.
"But it is unspeakably stupid to join a club outside of those few, apart from the financial point of view."

I should think comments like that will really fire Faubert up. It would me. Thanks Ray ;) Also I recall The Argie manager saying the same thing when Tevez came to us. Didn't seem to have hindered his career at all.
Funny really, you'd think coming to WH would be a good thing. I mean he's more likely to get more game time with us and the chance to shine than the rotation system or extreme pressure for places at the likes of Chelski et al.
At least he's thought highly of, otherwise the manager wouldn't give shit.
Still, wouldn't mind chinning the French manager though, tis a tad insulting.

heard on BBC sports report this morning that we have refused to give permission for Carlitos to have a medical with the mancs.
Not sure if its because we still have some hope to keep him at the club or whether its just posturing to keep the PL off our backs...

Your kidding about carried off with the achilles injury right?
for farks sake, if hes carried off with an achilles that is not very good news at all. He was a massive signing thats very disappointing because it sounds very serious.
