Faith?
If you look back over the comments on previous articles on this site you see that somebody or many questioned my faith. I recall stating that if we won our next 3 games I would start to beleive we could survive. Well since that disapointing 3-4 defeat against those shitty yids we have now won our last 3 games including an astonishing win at the Emirates Stadium tonight.
I have faith - misguided maybe - but I sincerely do have faith. Come on you rip roaring goal scoring hammers!

well well well..... what can i say finally destiny back in our hands beat sheffield and wigan and we could just about be there. As for last nite obviously all the fooltball gods are HAMMERS fans,i can honestly say that my faith has never waivered for the mighty irons , the passion and desperation that they showed was truely the Hammers of old, Time will now tell what we are destined for next year but keep the faith and the passion, and i believe its Premier league football for us NEXT YEAR. :)

What a night, my head hurts a bit, but thats to be expected. I Almost couldnt beleive it we are now in with a serious chance of getting out, heres hoping.
My voice is quite hoarse btw. We'll see how were going come the Manch game, who knows i might go out again :P

Just watched a replay and couldnt stop laughing (again) at all the Gooner misses.It does my heart good to see them time after time after time.Doesnt do the rest of the family any any good as they are Gooner fans (that is mum,dad and brother).God i love it wouldnt change being a hammer fan for anything. CMON YOU IRONS premiership football in 2007/08

Couldn't make the match at the Pig, but did get to watch it at home. Fucking hell Le Arse play some beautiful stuff but Rob Green was a man possessed!. He was truly brilliant. Apparently the team gave him a standing ovation when he walked into the dressing room and rightly so, he was awesome. Bet Sheffield are shitting themselves. Hope we don't get complacent just get angry.

I can't wait to get back down the P & W and get bladdered with you guys again. Can't see it being this season but I'll definitely see you next season with my shiny new back and with West Ham still in the premiership (now that's faith!!!) My op is on the same night as the Chelski game and I've already enquired about cable tv!!!! and they said, "erm, no, sorry sir" Costing me a bleedin' packet this op, the least they could give me is live Hammers games!!

Back to West Ham, I'm over the euphoria of beating the Arse and had a look at our run in. Every team we play has something to play for, no mid table try hards unfortunately. Sheffield and Wigan won't lie down, Everton and Bolton are tying to get into Europe and Manure and Chelscum .. well you know. So the upshot is we'll have to play every game like a cup final. Survival is definately a possibility, but we'll have to win at least 3 games IMO and hope those around us lose more than they win. Don't mean to sound morbid, but that's the reality. This weekends game is as big as it gets for us this season. Win and confidence will be high as, lose and Scunthorpe beckons.

Fulham, booed off on Monday after losing at home to Man Citeh, are also in rapid decline and it is certainly conceivable that they will not earn another point this season. The visit of Blackburn is their sole relatively attractive fixture. Otherwise, it is difficult to believe that they will win at either Middlesbrough or Reading, while Arsenal and Liverpool complete their round of remaining fixtures.
Wigan, five points clear of the Hammers having played an additional match, could yet prove the pivotal players in this season's battle for survival. On April 28, the team of moanaholic Paul Jewell will host the Londoners and there is the intriguing possibility of the Latics facing the Blades on the final day of the season in a match of the must-win variety for both sides if they are to be certain of retaining their Premiership status.

Crazy as it sounds I think our run in is to our advantage. We seem to do better against teams that are playing well and playing for something. I believe that finally the team has realised the desperate situation we are in and have girded up the loins and now are playing for something, either that or they are just teasing us for all the shite we have heaped on them (justly deserved) this season.
