Another Defender???

Skysports C&P

West Ham United will send a representative to France to watch Pele play against Monaco on Wednesday.
The Belenenses defender has crossed Alan Pardew's radar and Portuguese sources claim the Hammers boss may leave the East Londoners' current base in Sweden to attend the friendly personally.
The clash with Monaco is taking place in Anglet, near Biarritz, and it is likely the newly-promoted Premiership side will step up their interest with a firm bid.
Pardew has already been active in the transfer market, including raiding Cardiff City for defenders James Collins and Danny Gabbidon, but he is still looking for reinforcements, despite being pleased with his side's pre-season thus far.
"We're some way down the line," he told Sky Sports News.
"Further down the line than I expected to be at this stage.
"That's pleasing.
"At the moment, the physical levels are really high, so we're really pleased."
