Konchesky Red Rescinded
Sanity prevails. The F.A have overturned the red card handed out to Paul Konchesky on appeal. Ditto for Sunderland's Andy Welsh's red card. That makes it 3 in a fortnight.
It's all good and well to admit there was a mistake and rescind the card but what about the possible points those teams may have missed as a result? What about the fans who don't get to see the same attacking spectacle they would otherwise have had?

I was excited to, to see that the cards were gone, but then I read deeper. The cards are still there, the supsensions have been suspended. The next Red Card - hopefully there won't be another - will be as if Skeletor had two. This is crap, because there wasn't even a foul on that play.

I didn't see Jenas's one but I saw the others and they were both ridiculous. Welsh's in particular was an absolute joke. This is appalling - as pinski said, why should Konchy get banned for twice as long if he gets another red card? He didn't deserve the first one FFS!
