Solano on free and Camara on loan....and err that's it?
The transfer window has just ended and it looks like we've only signed Nobby Solano on a free and Henri Camara on loan from Wigan. Neither in time for the Reading game.

Typical West Ham? Just reflect for a second on what happened in the transfer window...we have brought in parker, faubert, ljungberg, dyer, wright, solano, camara on loan.
He have also busted a bollock trying to sign a host of others...discarding rumours we have made offers or at least an official enquiry into Barnes, Shorey, Gudjohnsen, Adriano and probably a few others but missed out on them all.
What more exactly did you want? Sure we wanted a left back but we tried right up to the window closing. Another striker would have been nice but he has brought in Camara on loan for cover until we can sort something better out in January or next off-season.
We've got more midfielders/wingers than you can poke a stick at but we've been stung by injuries...
Don't forget we also love to hate Chelsea with a passion because they used RA's billions to bring in a host of world class players.

im happy with our buys...a lot of experience and tallent, and purchases which are showing a bit of cunt...not rolling over
btw whats the go with C.Cole....is he still on the books? cuz i thought he had tallent
the 2 best things were fucking off NRC and not buying Bent for 18mil....were going to be a force when we get set

he played up front the other day at Bristol..he's pretty average though he hasn't had much opportunity to disprove it.

Stop whinging!!!!! we are lucky to be in the prem, after last year all there was on this blog was doome and gloom!!! none of you commenting on this blog said we had any chance of staying up!!! so quit fucking mooning and get behind our team FFS. Talking about shitty signings how about some time ago when we signed the likes of Mike (how slow,shit and old Newel)!Playing upfront with Dowie! We now have a decent squad with signings we would have dreamed of in years gone by. Lets get behind the team and manager and stop fucking going on about how unfair it is to be a west ham fan!!!!!!!

Smart move with Solano, I would have been happy seeing CC leave the club, can't see him scoring many goals for us this year in nay comp

At the end of the day what can you do if players won't come or want too much $$$. Pay 18m for Darren Bent? Pay EG 100k?

We need to consolidate this season, get he new signings fit & on the park, and take stock in Jan & next off season of what we need to do to take the next step.

Can't beleive the complaining. If all our new signings were fit then we'd have a pretty good team - as it is I think we have a good team although we're a bit light for cover with all the injuries. 7 points now out of a possible 12 - this year will be nothing like last.
And for those complaining about strikers - Bellamy adds a dynamic we have not seen for many years and when Ashton is fit we'll be awesome up front.
