Bellamy Out!
Craig Bellamy has been ruled out of Tuesday night's cup clash with his former club Coventry after limping off at half time vs Portsmouth at the weekend. He is troubled by the same injury that has blighted his season since it started and it is not known how long he'll be sidelined for but could be out for weeks.
So looks like it'll be Carlton & LBM up front for November.

While Owen's desire to play for England has strained relations with Newcastle, Bellamy stressed last night that his intention to lead Wales in their Euro 2008 qualifier against Cyprus this evening came with West Ham United's blessing.
It was a point Bellamy was eager to make as he dispelled any suggestion he would be going against West Ham's wishes by playing only nine days after undergoing surgery. The 28-year-old striker has not always enjoyed such support at club level when seeking to represent Wales - his time at Newcastle coincided with several club versus country rows - but he insisted there was no danger his involvement here might upset anyone at Upton Park."

Yes that had crossed my mind too Tony. Can you imagine telling Craig Bellamy not to do something he wanted to do though? I don't think he'd leave it alone. I was pissed off at the time and I'm pissed off now - he should not have played for Wales.

But i did see him limping about halfway through the first half after a tackle by, i think it was hreidesson, where he slid in and bellamy jumped or just got knicked.
Huge blow though.
