Euell be soooorrrreeeee!
I know I'm late with this update, as early in the day as this is, but better late than never.
West Ham are linked with a £2 million, er, swoop for Charlton's Jason Euell, and KUMB reckon we're in for a £5 million grab for some bloke called Fredi Kanoute, who's from France but plays for Mali and some dodgy London club. Euell is a distinct possibility but I can't imagine the club matching our inbound transfer record for Kanoute. Despite my repeated observations that if Fredi worked hard he could be another Henry, the ex-Hammer continues to drag his derriere.
What of Euell? 'E'll do, I guess.
KUMB also mentioned Feyenoord's Dirk Kuijt, and there's rumours of a Melville-for-Rio-plus-cash swap deal with Manchester United. One of these is a complete fabrication, and the other is very likely to be a complete fabrication - it's up to you to work out which.
