Uriah the Pariah strikes again
Newcastle 2-2 West Ham. "If we were midtable the off-side would have been given and the disallowed third goal would have stood, but when you're at the bottom, you don't."

Neill close to Hammers move - PA Sport
Lucas Neill has reportedly agreed to join West Ham, spurning Liverpool because they could not guarantee first team football.
The Australia international has confirmed he will move from Blackburn in an interview with Sydney's The Sunday Telegraph.
The report claims the transfer is worth £1.5million (AUS$3.76million) while Neill will earn £60,000 (AUS$150,212) a week with the Hammers, twice the salary on offer at Liverpool.
Neill said: "It wasn't about cash - that didn't come into it. It was about being wanted. West Ham were knocking down the door to get me whereas Liverpool made a take or leave it offer and didn't even come in for me until 15 days after the transfer window opened."
"People who have raised their eyebrows at me for making this decision are in for a surprise because West Ham have a shopping list of players which almost blew me away."
"People have said I put money before medals and how could I make a sideways move like this and not go to a club like Liverpool, who are always in the hunt for trophies and so much prestige."
"It was an extremely hard decision but I know it's the right one. West Ham moved heaven and earth to sign me while Liverpool gave me the impression that I might not even get a game if I went there."

Neill was persuaded to join West Ham by chairman Eggert Magnusson.

Three enforced changes changes due to injuries saw Anton and Davenport start at CB whilst Marlon was given another chance replacing Tevez.
The Hammers started confidently and brightly.The midfield were really giving the Newcastle players no time on the ball and Yossi had 2 clear chances early on.
I think it was NRC who won us a corner by putting pressure on the defence.The corner to the far post was cleverly headed back by Davenport and CC slotted the ball easily into the back of the net.West Ham continued to impress and McCartney played a sublime ball through to Marlon who easily turned his marker and hit a shot into the bottom right corner and the Hammers were 2-0 up.
Newcastle were having a bit more possession but never looked threatening.In the 45th minute Milner had the ball out on the right and moving towards the edge of the box.Parker anticipating a cross had moved a yard offside.Milners shot/cross was straight at Parker, now 3 yards offside and right in front of Carroll, who spread his legs and the ball went in at the far post.
Subsequent reports confirm that the linesman did wave for offside only to be over ruled by the twat.The stream I was watching was off arabic TV and even though I didn't understand a word of their half time review,I could tell by the tones of their voices they weren't impressed.They even freeze framed it when the ball went between Parker's legs.
Obviously. bouyed by the goal,Newcastle started the brighter.Further disaster for West Ham when a nothing free kick was handled by LBM in the penalty area.All of a sudden 2-2 and feeling nervous.From this point onwards, the neutrals would have enjoyed this game.End to end stuff.
Then the third dagger into all West Ham hearts.Davenport seemed to jump fairly for a 50-50 ball and calmly put the ball into the back of the net.Goal disallowed for an assumed push on the defender.I have only seen one replay and I didnt see him jump into his back unfairly.99 times out of 100 these challenges are let go but obviously twat had other ideas.
Newcastle had some decent chances but Carroll had a very good game. After an impressive build up,Quashie finds Etherington,alone on the edge of the box who,with no one within coo-ee and only with the substitute keeper to beat, decides to round Cape Horn and makes a total hash of it.Watch it on the highlight show on foxtel tomorrow.It is embarrassing. Marlon had one final half chance before the end.Official result 2-2.True result 1-3 to the Hammers.
Carroll best game this season.Looked surprisingly good in dealing with crosses.
Dailly no complaints
Davenport good debut
Anton was subbed at about 85 minutes maybe injured again.
McCartney set up Marlon but gave Milner too much room all game.
Yossi was patchy but looks interested again.
NRC tackled,hustled and ran at them in the first half but again disappeared after half time. Seems to have a better attitude though.
Quashie seems to have a bit of mongrel about him.What we need in this dogfight.
LBM disappointing
Cole took the goal well
Marlon ditto
Etherington I think he has played his last game for West Ham
Spector no damage done in the short time he was on.
Again a very good performance without just reward.Liverpool at home next in the league and a point would suffice but 3 would be better.
Looks it will be a bit of a fight between us,Wigan and the blades.
