Newham Recorder - an absolute disgrace!
The headline and first paragraph say it all (click on the image to see a bigger version). What a fucking stupid thing to say. Hope this wanker, and the editor, get sacked over this.

I have respect for the Newham recorder and I think the glorious Stevie Bacon is snapping for them still.
An honest report is ruined by s disgusting headline. We all feel the passion and the pain but there is no need for that.

My email - I copied the editors in also which I got from their website....
I have a lot of respect for your paper (I used to read it on a regular basis before emigrating to Australia). However much as I agree with the content of your report and feel in a similar regard I must voice my discontent at your headline and opening paragraph comparing the sham that has graced our beloved club this season with that of a loved one being raped. I think you have crossed ethical journalism boundaries here and could offend an awful lot of people. My emotions have been ripped to shreds this season by the goings on at Upton Park but to compare it to something like my wife being raped is down right offensive and sickening.
I run the Brisbane Hammers supporters club here in Australia and have heard several murmurs of disgust at this headline and opening paragraph from within our ranks. We all feel the passion and the pain of WHU but I’m afraid if you think these comparisons to rape are necessary then you need to get a reality check.

Why should we be charged when the FA allowed them to be registered in the first place?
Surely they knew the situation and should have looked into it.
